How many days will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time starts counting after confirming your payment. For national shipments it will be one (3) to five (8) business days. If you make your purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.
How can I make a change?
To request a product exchange you must meet the following conditions:
- The maximum period to request a change will be sixty (30) calendar days counted from the date of delivery of the products.
- Accessories, tights and bodysuits cannot be exchanged.
- If it is a change of size or color, the customer must assume both shipping costs (return freight and reshipping freight of the package).
- Exchanges of products purchased on sale or promotion are not accepted.
IMPORTANT: The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with the original labels and accessories, and must not be used, washed, modified or altered. Items that do not meet the conditions listed above will be returned under the buyer's responsibility.
The change can be requested through any of the contact methods indicated below: WhatsApp 3203874355 informing the full name and information that you consider relevant to your request.
Creaciones Angelita will respond to your request within a period of no more than ten (10) business days.
For the purposes of requesting a change we recommend that you take into account:
- It is important to try on clothes before removing the tag.
- In accordance with the provisions of the applicable current regulations, for any changes made, Creaciones Angelita may charge a fee for the transportation service required for the return and delivery of the products to be exchanged, which will be announced at the time of responding to your request.
Once the change request has been made with the necessary data, the compliance with the requirements and the appropriateness of the change will be analyzed. If appropriate, the change will be sent.
Once we receive your product back at our warehouse, we will verify its condition. Creaciones Angelita will have 5 business days to inform you if your product meets the established criteria.
If your product does not meet the criteria of our exchange and return policy, we will inform you of the reason why the exchange is not valid and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.
As a general rule, Creaciones Angelita does not refund money and if it is considered feasible, it will do so by issuing coupons equivalent to the purchase.
The times to formalize the change of products:
Exchange of approved product for size or color: it will be dispatched 5 business days after having analyzed compliance with the requirements. In any case, the delivery times of the product sent for exchange will be subject to the availability of said product within the inventory.
When, by virtue of the approved change, the issuance of an equivalent coupon to make a new purchase is agreed with the client, it must be through Instagram or WhatsApp, NOT through our website.
Do the garments have a guarantee?
The warranty period for quality defects is 30 days from the moment you receive the product. Customers should read the instructions for use and washing and the use and care labels very carefully.
CARE RECOMMENDATIONS:
Gentle hand wash. Avoid rubbing and bleaching. Use cold water and mild soap. Do not soak or wring. Do not use a washing machine or dryer. Dry in the shade.
The warranty does not cover normal deterioration of the product, improper use, or damage caused by failure to follow instructions for the care or maintenance of the products.
In the event of a warranty claim, we will analyze the claim and give you a response as to whether or not the claim is valid within a maximum period of 15 business days. If the item can be repaired, it will be repaired, otherwise it will be exchanged.
What is the status of my order?
We will update you via email on the status of your order, tracking number and logistics partner. We will also inform you when your payment is approved, when we are processing your order and when it is invoiced and shipped.
Retraction Policy
If you wish to withdraw your consent once you have received the product, you may do so as long as you comply with the following:
VALIDITY: This procedure may only be carried out during the first 5 business days following receipt of the package, in accordance with the right of withdrawal established by law 1480 art. 47.
CONDITION: It is essential to ensure the integrity of the product; the exchange or withdrawal process can only be initiated when the products show no signs of having been used, have intact labels, are in an impeccable state of cleanliness and the packaging and accessories are in perfect condition.
FREIGHT: Freight and insurance costs will be the responsibility of the customer and packaging must ensure that the product is received in perfect condition. It is the buyer's responsibility to take the necessary measures to ensure that the product, including its packaging, is not damaged during transport.
If all the conditions mentioned above are met, CREACIONES ANGELITA will return the total amount paid for the garments, without any discounts or deductions being made and the term may not exceed 30 calendar days.
